K-911 was inspired by Bane, founder Kemar's Siberian Husky and companion of nearly 13 years. During the moment his family needed answers most, they experienced the confusion many pet parents face: frantic searching, busy phone lines and uncertainty about what to do next.
Kemar is a Y Combinator founder and started his career as software engineer at both Apple & Google. He is building K-911 so other pet families can be better prepared before the moment they need help.
